Institute of Arts and Culture is developing and implementing a competency model of a specialist at the University. This document assumes the free integration of graduates in the sociocultural space of modern Russia and abroad.

Institute of Art and Culture has over 500 students and 60% of them receive a higher musical and artistic education. The specificity of the Institute is shown these numbers.

The Institute has established strong partnerships with Italy (Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation, Florence) and Poland (Pomeranian Academy, Slupsk). It also actively collaborates with other universities with related departments and faculties: Lomonosov Moscow State University (Faculty of Arts), Russian State University for the Humanities (Faculty of History of Art), Mordovia State University (Faculty of National Culture), with the St. Petersburg University, and others.
